Terms & Policies

By booking a stay at Pavones Villa, you agree to the following Terms and Policies. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth, fair, and enjoyable experience for all guests.

1. Booking & Payment Policy

• A reservation is confirmed once payment is successfully received.

• A 50% is required at the time of booking.

• Any remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to check-in.

• Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.

We accept payment via : credit card, bank transfer, etc.
 

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 30 days or more before check-in: Full refund of all payments made  

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip.
 

3. Reservation Changes

• Requests to modify reservation dates must be made at least 30 days prior to check-in.

• All changes are subject to availability and current pricing.

• We are unable to guarantee date changes.
   

4. House Rules & Guest Responsibilities

To maintain the quality and experience of Pavones Villa:

• Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded at any time

• No parties or events without prior written approval.

• Guests must respect noise levels and neighboring properties

• Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Outside only.

• Pets are allowed by approval
   

Guests are responsible for:

• Maintaining the property in good condition

• Any damage caused during their stay

• Compliance with all local laws and regulations in Costa Rica
   

Failure to follow house rules may result in removal from the property without refund.
 

5. Damage & Security Deposit

• A security deposit of Half may be required prior to check-in

• Guests are financially responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear
   

6. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

By staying at Pavones Villa, guests acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with travel to a remote destination, including but not limited to:

• Ocean and swimming conditions

• Wildlife and environmental hazards

• Uneven terrain and natural surroundings

• Limited access to medical facilities (45 minutes away for hospital, Local doctor available by request, Pharmacy in Town)
   

Guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with their stay.

Pavones Villa, its owners, and affiliates shall not be held liable for:

• Injury, illness, or accidents

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal property

• Travel delays or interruptions

• Events beyond our control (force majeure)
   

7. Right to Refuse Service

Pavones Villa reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay if guests violate these terms or engage in unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behavior.
 

8. Agreement

By completing a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Policies.
